AFC Lady Raiders defeat LaMoille/Ohio on Saturday

ASHTON — On Saturday, Dec. 15, the AFC Lady Raiders basketball team, lead by Sarah Matson, defeated the LaMoille/Ohio Lions 69-41.

Matson tied her career high with 26 points. Alisyn Essex added 20 points and 12 rebounds. Kayla Colwell had 12 points, including eight for eight from the free throw line. Megan Knight contributed with eight rebounds and Lauren Meurer had five steals.

The Lady Raiders are 5-4 on the season.

The fresh-soph ladies won 48-19.
