ASHTON — It was a tough week for the AFC Raiders varsity basketball team.
They traveled to Paw Paw on Wednesday but came out the gates sluggish and found themselves trailing by nine at halftime with a score 26-35.
But the second half continued the same way and their shooting woes plagued them as the Raiders ended up losing by a score of 48-64.
Ramadani led the raiders in scoring with 14 points, Bret Gittleson had 10, Troy Mairs eight and Nick McClanahan added seven.
Defensively, Mairs led with eight rebounds and McClanahan with six steals.
