Lady Raiders finish sixth at Amboy Christmas Tournament

ASHTON — The Lady Raiders finished sixth at the Amboy Christmas Tournament with a 1-3 record.

They lost games to Ottawa-Marquette and Midland.

They also lost a close fought battle to Indian Creek in overtime 53-56.

They defeated Somonauk 54-43.

Sarah Matson and Alisyn Essex lead the Lady Raiders in scoring. Kayla Colwell’s excellent free-throw shooting was also a large part of the Raiders success.

The fresh-soph Lady Raiders placed third in the in their tournament at Amboy finishing 1-2.
