MOUNTAIN GROVE, Mo. — Wayne Lyle Hart, son of the late Clarence and Hazel (Beach) Hart, was born on Jan. 6, 1931 in Ashton and departed this life on Jan. 7, 2013 at his residence in Country Living Assisted Living in Mountain Grove, Mo., at 82 years of age.
He grew up and attended school in Illinois. He was united in marriage to Vivian Stickle on Aug. 31, 1979 in Flagstaff, Ariz. They made their home in Phoenix, Ariz., before moving to the Mountain Grove area in 1982.
Wayne and Vivian owned a dairy farm, where they milked Jersey Cows for several years. He and Vivian enjoyed the outdoors, working together on their farm. They sold their cows in the mid-1990s.
Vivian passed away on Feb. 5, 2012.
Wayne and Vivian were members of the Liberty Faith Church in Norwood, Mo., and enjoyed attending services as long as their health permitted.
He is survived by his son; Mark Hart of Rochelle; one sister; Rosemary Somers of Ashton; and other relatives, friends, neighbors, and church family who will miss him very much.
